    Dear Graal Online Era,

    I've been false ban for no reason, but I did have my VPN on. It started at school, you know how our school wifi blocks our social medias (instagram, snapchat, facebook,etc.) and there is this app where you can be able to log on to your social medias called VPN (Virtual Private Network). Well unfortunately I did not know VPN was on and could not work ok Graal Online Era IOS, so I logged on Graal Era, and it disconnected me from the server and went back on, as soon as I checked my screen it showed that I belong in jail "Other- Evading Jail" for 1666 hours! Please help me remove the false ban from my account. Thank you in advance!
