What's the difference between red and blue team?

What's the difference between them in Events?

Basically, they aren't the same team

The point of the game is to have one team against another to play CTF/TS. So they chose blue and red to differ them. That's it. Lol

But I feel as though blue team wins more. Could it be slightly rigged so that more players with good guns or maybe more hours get put on blue team?
