A Weak Design [Review - Own opinions used]

So I noticed that some person made a rose melee, however it is an edit.

Reason:

Orc Event - Winners were given an Exclusive Melee. Turns out to be an Orc Turnip

This nub just edited it for what it seems like. Making it now less-exclusive plus the used palette is most likely boring.

Why was it allowed, and who made it.

Can confirm that it was made from scratch, as I saw the progress of it being created; also, it looks nothing like it o-o.
