Why am i getting this error

I never have given my information to nobody in graal and i think i am getting hacked :(
Or maybe the server is down

Please help

You are being hacked sorry, or you have both iera+ and iera(free version) open at the same time try closing them both than relogging in.

I'm getting this as well, I think the server is down. Everybody who disconnected while online will recieve this message.

Thanks i will try and if i am being hacked that sucks
Or maybe not cause i was lagging and i closed the app and tried to re open
And i got that error

I'm tired of this bs, some weeks ago Stefan said he fixed the server... He must of lied

They need to realize they might start losing players like this

I don't think this is the case.. I can't get online either and it's stuck at the loading screen..

Don't worry about it. It's unlikely you are being hacked when their are other people experiencing the same thing, not to mention the fact someone needs access to your email.

Usually if the server goes down and you are logged in, you will be prompted with a disconnection message, but if you try to log back in it will say the account is already in use because the system recognises your account being online. Were you online at the time? I wasn't online but i'm trying to get on and it won't load.
