It's the time you can deal damage again with a weapon. Like if you get hit with 3 bullets, maybe only two of those will count because of the hit timer.Quote:

Just go to any base and PK then compare it to PKing outside bases.
If you know how a timer works, just imagine that with the game mechanics.
