Buy the snow mittens at chrisz's gun shop (at the moment), equip them and wherever there is snow and tap the action button consistently
What good do snowballs do?
You can throw them and they're like water balloons. Except they look different.
you use them to make snowmans last year~ no idea about this year :D

Well you collect by purchasinging the Green snow mittens at the snow resort, then it will say further instructions when you purchase them.
Buy snow mittens at the snow resort or Chriz gun shop. Then, take a snow area. Normally, It's like when you attack players that mean the snowball will grow up. Continue to "attack" with your mittens, and you'll get a snowball.
