I don't think any pr would want the report system to be flooded with reports about use of vulgar language. Everybody uses it. If it is targeted at one person and persistent, report it.

Why bother reporting people for lashing out at staff for not hosting chance? It's all to common. If it's more serious like racism, then I see why you should report.
