HW Wand, isn't that rare it belongs to the same category of the black umbrellas. (qua trading prices @shells)
Most of these types of things are extremely hard to get, and if you actually obtain one of these things, you are very very lucky. The only people that have these things are the staff that they are named after. So, don't count on getting one of them
