I feel like era is one of those games you play, but never tell others you play it. I don't really care for the "android, ios, and pc" part, even though that's how you play it. Just looks off imo.

I have a group of mates irl because we are all interested in gfx.


Infact my pal that showed me era worked for Ace of Spades. So I do tell alot of my friends i play.

I must have just had an odd experience.
Everybody I've ever attempted at showing it is like, "May why you ain't play that Ghost, you be on that dookie paper mario talkin bout you hard".

I remember in the 10th Grade(2004-2005), in computer class we had a free day.
Naturally, I loaded Graal onto that WindowsXP and went to work. I had a gang to run, and was very serious about it.
I started raiding another gang's base there in the computer lab.

Well it caught a couple of my friends' eyes, and I recall that they had a hard time understanding the perspective.
One comment was like, "Oh, cool- you can run on walls?"
I remember I had to explain it a couple times, as I was weaving in and out of bullets there.

On the flip side, if you fast forward about three years, there I was- playing Era in my bedroom on my PC.
Somebody named "Brittany" in a newbie outfit was following me around as I was raiding gang bases.
Then she typed something that was an inside joke between my girlfriend and I-- I immediately picked up the phone, dialed her number and sure enough, it was her.
I gave her one of my spare P2P accounts, and it was an additional way for us to spend time together.
After a date, we'd go our separate ways into our homes, and hop on Era and continue.
Now she's my wife; this year will be our 5th year wedding anniversary.

So yeah- it's not all bad.
