Plans for the building on the bridge?

Hello, I'm wondering if the building in the middle of the bridge that connects North Ridge and South Ridge has any future updates coming its way. I feel like it's been kind of neglected over the past few years and I see potential for a new base or a new hat shop. If there are future plans for this building or it's just meant to remain the way it is please let me know.

that building on the bridge seems pretty unutilized since that thanksgiving event,hope it does soon in the near future.

Don't change a thing about it please. I love the way it is now, as it's my favorite PK area for people can't run away like noobs and hide in a building.
