As Suyanto stated, your best bet is to call your email provider. They should be able to help you retrieve your account. In order to prevent further mistakes like this, don't let people on your email.

Truth said, there's a 5% chance of getting an email change due to numerous of account theft by anonymous people who tried stealing information of someone.
