How To Fix Astro Clubs Problem Without Removing It

Called Astro Bar Moderators
Simple they monitor astro bars
Or there should be atleast 10 player relation members willing to monitor astro club
This will prevent alot of astro clubs problems
Without deleteing the building

I know Astros is a huge problem, but there is nothing Staffs can do about it, Froz. This new team idea, I don't really like.
Player Relations already exist, a Astro Police Staff will be ridiculous. Due to the fact, they'll abuse their powers. Show off. Be bored. Doing events, instead of their job. Nothing good will come out from them.
