This is the hardest one, but easiest one;
Delete you're account on iEra, and try to contact a moderator to delete your account.
If you're still addicted to this game and reinstall it, try to get banned on the game itself and era-go, so each time you try to play the game, it will appear that you're jailed.

It's a pretty hard thing to quit stuff like this, just like to quit smoking.

This is the only time I'll support this but try to get reset. I don't know if you can request to be reset but if you really want to leave just do something that will get you reset.

I would say delete the app and use a different itunes account...but you probably use that account for things besides era. The thing I can suggest is deleting the app for iera, and changing your password to random letters for your forum account (that you won't remember without writing down) and logging off. Find other things to do to keep yourself preoccupied.

Delete the app. Only check the updates through their facebook page.
Checking update will tempt me, though.
Just a question, I you still feel interested in the game in any way, why quit?
