Did you grab the Jeni npc in start Fashion Shop after you registered? Also you have to register on your same Graal Era identified email in game on the forums aswell.

Hey Chris! And I have the same problem.
We were having some challenges with the achievement and sign. Please go back and touch the NPC again, if it doesn't work, see below:
Make sure that you do all of these:
-Register at Era-Go - using the same email that you use in game
-Post in Hello section
-Go to Era Fashion by Start and touch my NPC for achievement/ec
-Touch Bravo's NPC to get sign
If you did all this and it doesn't work, please post your Graal ID in the forum under Letters to Staff>Account Issues>Achievement Issues
