Call of duty Infinite warfare beta

I stopped playing call of duty as soon at it started getting all futuristic.

Too mainstream as well.

If you're buying Infinite Warfare for CoD 4 Remastered, you know you can just buy the original and have a blast with it, right?

Anyways, as a Call of Duty player since 2007, here's how I'd rank them:

5. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

1. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

I prefer bo3. Bo3's movement felt a lot smoother than infinite warfare, everything is clunky, none of the snipers are too interesting, most of the futuristic guns are just reskins of the classic guns they added, which are just reused from past cod.
Eg the glocks that were reskinned into whatever those automatic pistols were called, intervention reskinned into the burst sniper, m1 garand into the last sniper you unlock in the category. The only guns that don't have a futuristic reskin in the classic category is the arx160 and spas12.

The maps in the BETA felt too clustered, you need bigger maps with more space when you have the wall running/ boost jumping movement system. Bo3's maps were the perfect size for that.

I don't know, my overall impressions when I played was that I just wasn't really that interested whilst I was playing it, I got to level 30 and used most of the guns but there was nothing really I wanted to try get unlocked, or stuff to go for like there was in bo3 like the darkmatter camos/ gold camos and specialist.
Speaking of camos imo the camos in infinite warfare look garbage. Not a single one I liked besides the black and red one but even then it didn't look that good because the texture made it look like plastic.

I've preordered it mainly because I want something new to play and will try out the cod4 remastered- even though i'd have rathered it have been MW2.

I couldn't agree more.

The snipers are great, but the maps are bad for sniping, way too small, when u re spawn,
U won't be able to walk for more than 2 sec and you'll find someone that will kill you instantly...
