How to make friends in Era if you're autistic?

Please help me, I've never had a friend because idk how to make them. I have social anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder and I'm also a gay alcoholic. I'm really sad and lonely. I've tried messaging people "please be my friend" and such, but the only people who want to be my friend are very low-hour people who usually never log back on.

I just really want to know how to make friends!
