Graphics Team Hirings?

Hey guys. I have a question. So I was talking to Raiden, who said that even though the graphics application is not on these forums, it means they are not hiring publicly to anyone. He told me that you guys are always hiring, and the only other ways to be hired are if I email Storm or Snk some of my best graphics or if either of them see my graphics on these forums and like them. Is this true?

Yeah, they only hire publicly when they're low on staff; if you're good enough they'll hire you anytime.
