no. horrible idea. there is already a droppable golden katana. The whole point of ec items is to use skill and luck to get ec and get a cool item that itunes spammers cant get.
its good enough now with taser, ib hammer, and chaplin being droppable. and honestly, making chaplin, one of the BEST ec items, in the game is over doing it.
(there is at least 24 ec given out by event bots each day, not counting admin events, and fb uploads.)

Your idea(criticizing) is terrible.
Why make such good items tradable when people either work hard or use Ec uploads for them?
You can NOT own the second item twice. Otherwise it will be removed by an admin and players will be trading all those rare healing items for shells just cause they own all of them.

I believe no EC items should be tradable. These items were meant to be earned, not bought with other items.
Actually there is only one.The owner,Jester Lapse,won it in a contest.Only one every made.thats what makes it special

Personally, I completely disapprove this idea, I never considered taser an EC item because it can be erned in other ways than buying it at the EC shop. This specify currency was made for those players who shown a particular skill. Now it'll be unfair making undroppable all EC items because many players got them by trading and didn't buy them im the shop.
That's what I personally think
