little fairy shield

can someone show me how to make a shield like this one? i use gimp

i would say use this , get the body and head you want to use make them small place them on the shield template (the guy in the temp is so you can size consider him as where it would be on your player) then once they are placed erase the blue part (the template) save it and upload it as a public shield on graal depot http://www.era-go.com/upload/
