    I have recently re colored all of my gfx, i now shade alot different then i used to..

    I personally preferred your other style because you had so much practise. If you practise this, on the other hand, it will look modern and more on the era style. So I am very unsure.

    Those are both opinions.
    Work can be weird or random, as long as its your work. A little creativity can make a piece of work anything. The only thing he could work on is his light source, taste of colors, and the shading.


    Looks good, try to brighten up your blades on the melee's though.

    Don't be afraid to be bold and make the shades that are drastically darker or lighter from each other, next to each other. It helps out with making the image "pop" out. So far many of your weapons look very flat because you still need to understand the concept of "volume". Knowing exactly how your object should "pop" out is what will affect the way you shade something. Keep practicing by looking at expert pieces on Pixeljoint.com. Use references. They help you understand what "volume" means when making pixel art. Here's an edit. zedit.png
