The good news is this Is completely possible and could be scripted with a little work and some shadow frames Maybe added to the gani. Or maybe an Npc on the player that is a shadow, this would mean it would work even when using guns etc.

In era I don't see ant 'bright' weathers except rain/fog/cloudy.
Probably this will be seen by those who deactivate Less Effects in options.
