Yes the .03 makes a difference, the point of comparing the steampunk is to make your justification of "look at sten" as invalid because I can just as easily say look at steampunk. If you can change kap back to its original freeze or since you believe spread is a disadvantage give the Kap a much higher spread I would appreciate it. Either option would make the gun more usable
