Fi's Head Request

Hello everyone, I don't know if this is the appropriate section for requests related to graphics but I thought it was close enough, sorry if it is not and please relocate it if it's not too much trouble. ^^"

I'm looking for any expert or good Pixel Artist—who does not charge—that could take a head request for me modeled after a character by scratch, if possible.
I have tried to make it myself but I can't seem to get my creative juices flowing out of my head into reality, I guess I need more practice through edits and such..

My friend Fia Faint does head requests, she doesn't speak English too well so you may need to repeat things a few times when talking to her.
