Well, This happens a lot with the birthday hats. This was Hero's birthday hat, it was the gray skull mask at first, with better shading. They recently changed it to a black bear with the black scarf. The reason could be any reason. But My guess is that the scarf used in this hat was the black snk scarf, and i guess this had something to do with it. Or it could be personal reason who knows. Hope this helped.
