Menu And Options/Writing Can Be Changed For People Who Dont Speak English

For our audience who might not speak fluent english there should be made an option when you sign in for your language to be chosen so people can get a better understanding of what they are doing. The information on their profile can be translated options news and gang features and the map can be translated too. Also when you choose your language you can save it so it doesnt ask everytime and then change it when you want to. I feel this would give our outside audience a more decent understanding of the game and more ease of access.

2 problems.
1, It would take forever to do.
2, It would need to all be translated by a person to reduce errors and not many people would be willing to do that.

Problem: People with their language will put inappropriate words in status which can be either Rude, bad, disturbance.
So we don't want this to be added because not many are willing to understand them.
