Rate of fire = how fast the gun can shoot every milliseconds.
A number of 3 ROF is higher than 5 ROF (because 3 counts first before 5 does).
So if Rof 0.24 and in onther gun firerate is 0.245 which is fasterOriginally Posted by XSTARX
0.24 I would presume because it comes before 0.245, correct me if I'm wrong.

0.24 is slightly faster than 0.245 because 0.005 is the last integer to be preset before going on to 0.25.
