If you checked the set transparency box already, try it again without checking the box. Sometimes it's weird like that I think
heads need a full transparent background when they are animated

Try changing the background color to a green, then tick the 'set transparency' button.

Silly erX, this is a dead thread - about a month old.
Haha yep this is a month old thread but just gonna add one more:
You can either make the background green (don't forget to set transparency) or erase the whole background. Few of my friends had these problems. When I took out the background, the upload worked. So try opening your editing app
