hello i would like to know if i can create weapon skins from the game ... and if i can i can do it by cell phone?

Hello! You can always make a new thread proposing your made weapon skins and yes you can make graphics using your phone but gun animation is to be done using a PC.

This is thread is very old from 2015 to be exact so I'll be closing it.
