A new mission.
You buy a repo car...talk to a man(must have repo car to accept mission)...you drive around to find the car...park next to it...press the repo button...get the car...turn in car at repo station for a profit. While repoing a car there is a chance 2 angry noobs will attack you...kill them for ammo.

It sound's like a good idea! The 'repo car' could be a sort of tow truck, and you have to get the other car you are repossessing onto the chain or what not before the owner see's you.
Graal Theft Auto? Sounds fun, however it sounds very similar to the regular car missions? Maybe would work as an addition to the already existing car missions.

Just another idea.. While repoing a car, the npc gangsters would try to challenge you to a car race (optional). This is an extra add on the mission itself but it may be a bit rare to get, cause if you have won the race, you might get extra graalats. You can only see the cars that you are racing and the car that you are repoing is shown at your screen only, to not cause server lag.
What does a car race have to do with repo?

Not really grand theft auto because we aren't taking these cars. How about in addition to repos you have an option to take them to a chop shop(look it up) or take them to the repo station. Repo station gives average $$$ and good rep. Chop shop just gives $$$$
