I kinda recall there being an achievement for killing people with a drill am I right?

no, I don't think so from what I know but I could be wrong.

I am pretty sure if you kill 20 graalians with a drill you get an achievment.

Nope, I've killed a lot more than 20 I believe, and still no achievement. I don't think there is an achievement for that.
