Gralat Packs Did Not Work

Hello, Im here to inform you that my friend, Bree (River), has bought a $9.99 Gralat pack (27500 Gralats) and received nothing.

Time Purchased: 7/17/14 Around 10 O'clock Night Time. EST

If you can refund her the money, or give her the Gralats please reply to this post or message Bree (River) through iEra.

P.S Bree (River) Did not have a PC with her at the time this happened, so i posted this for her.

I believe they need to email someone about it but I can't remember the email address for this sort of thing.
