Passive/Static mode

If you've played GTA5, you pretty much know what I'm getting at. I seldom spend 3k Gralats on the potion, and there are times when I just want to get from point A to point B without having to worry about getting hit with stray bullets or being attacked while shelling only to be sent to the hospital. Having to come back and my shells gone just.. -_-
Its not the worst thing in the world, but it can become a nuisance when you log in one day and just dont feel like PvPing for the time being. I'm interested to hear what you guys think, though. I understand the idea of what Graal Era was built on, but the social aspects, I feel, could be catered to a bit more.

Heres what I suggest: A quick option setting to make yourself invincible while traveling about, but incapable of becoming aggressive i.e. unable to harm anyone.
I understand this could be abused, so why not add a cool down timer as to when it could be activated? Say, 2 to 5 minutes from the last time they caused damage to someone else before the Passive Mode would activate. And every time they continue to damage someone, it would reset. I would also suggest it resets any kill streaks to 0, if it were activated. Also, entering gang buildings would automatically disable the mode, or possibly the player would be denied entry.
As well as possibly a 15 second timer before it could be officially disabled.

This would remove the door to door dashing I tend to maneuver like, or mad zig-zigging. This I feel would promote the social aspect of the game, allowing groups to casually stroll areas of the game, and able to chat in the open areas of it.
