Can't Upload Again?

I uploaded a head twice, once because i thought it was good, twice to make the fixes I wasn't aware of. They told me on the second try that I have to stop uploading, actually they told me I can't upload it anymore. So does this mean I can't use a head I spent three days on, if so this is bull. BTW it has a mustache on it but there should be no issue there right?

Try waiting a while since you recently have uploaded a custom. You should be able to upload your head once you have waited time. A mustache on your head should be no issue.
