jailed for using XFG SMG on PC

Im being jailed for FRAME RATE HACK and i guess the reason why i get jailed is because of my gun XFG SMG. Im pking near MPX Stadium and suddenly an Invisible man begin to chat and he begins to laugh at me because of my gun XFG SMG, He says that im a frame rate hacker because the ROF of my gun(XFG SMG) is so fast like Minigun. The reason why my gun's ROF is so fast is because im playing on PC. If you are playing at PC and if your gun is Auto you can just Hold the Fire button so the gun can spam your gun so fast. the invisible man thinks im a hacker because of the ROF of my gun. (Sorry for my bad english)
