This is my 4th attempt...

I'm locked out of my Era account and I've been for the past 3 years
I lost access to my 2012 email which was tied to my era account, and I haven't been
able to find ANY help.

I made a video showing that I've emailed support and they've done
nothing to help me. I was told by someone in my discord that only
Global Admins could change the emails of users
Could someone please foward this to a Global Admin, and show them this video, or add me on discord Permore#6282

I just want my account back man :(

Hey I know it's getting repetitive but we really can't help you on the forums. The place is for discussion and all sorts but account specific issues relating to emails aren't to be discussed here since nobody can really help you out in regards to that on the forums other than the support team.
