So you are saying all free to play competitive game are scamming their customers? Rebalances happen in every F2P game. Take World of Tanks, Smite, Paladins, and League of Legends for example. Nerfs are a logical solution to a Pay to Win problem. Think of it like an MMORPG. Imagine a level 100 engaging in PVP with a level 20 and easily killing him due to the level gap. It's basically the same thing as a Bar user attacking someone with an AK47 only instead of being about experience its about who has more money to shell out for the better gun.

Usually around 98% of players never read terms and conditions of anything, really. So they play the game thinking they'll be ultimately treated with the utmost respect. If you ever think about suing a company, be sure to read the fine print.

I've heard of a case where a few players wanted to sue Blizzard for not letting them cheat in their video game. You can see how that went.

Don't spend, maybe that way unixmad will say "OMG this bread is suddenly too expensive to afford" then he'll ask for the reasons and the team will respond of the lack of server updates and the incompatibility of the game with new versions of IOS

Yes nerfs and buffs are common but generally speaking new gear comes along to balance out the nerfs in this case there wasn't. In every mmo there is always stronger equipment. He's not stupid for expressing his opinion.
