What gets you reset I believe is stealing the email aka "hacking" the person you are "doing events for iTunes" for. Something like this has happened in the past so I believe that's how it works.

He doesn't get paid for an item or an account, he gets paid for a service. Could also be classified as a donation for something.

PS: Chats on KIK are no valid proof. It has to happen in-game in order to be taken into account. Unless the KIK account was previously advertised in-game, but it clearly states the opposite in his status.

In his status it states that S.RobGraal is not his kik, when there's multiple sources of proof in this thread that the kik belongs to him and that he's lying about it. @Anero since when are event coins not items? Getting paid for a service is like paying someone to Pk for you, event coins are used to get event coin items. Maybe try reviewing these images again:

A donation is something given to someone out of charity and not expecting anything in return. What Rob did was Fraud (i.e., obtaining money under false pretenses). And for all those saying, those aren't my messages. So why should this crime only have a 5 hour jail? Rob even disbanded his gang, so why is this so? So he can cover up these images and say someone iFiled his head and is impersonating him:
