Uploading GFX Issue/Bug

Hello, I'm having a strange issue with uploading a head.gif file.

Whenever I upload it, some pieces of the sprite would disappear during its blinking animation as if its been cropped out.
I've remade the head in Photoshop CS6 frame by frame several times and checked to see if there was a setting I misclicked or left on that could have been caused that problem.

When I open the head.gif sprite in a browser or upload it elsewhere, the animation plays smoothly like any other healthy head.gif file from Era.

I don't know if I'm missing anything Era-specific when it comes to uploading or not.
Does anyone know of a way to fix this?
