(Urgent I guess?) Need help on something related to GraalOnline Classic

I have no idea what to do. I've been upload banned again on Classic (few months ago? 1 or 2, idk) and when i go to support.toonslab.com to appeal, it gives me file not found. when entering my email ( its a yahoo.com email but i dont think thats the problem, idfk ) and if i enter that email on a ticket or whatever it says file not found. I logged into support.toonslab.com with an alternate classic email (i have a few graal accounts) and submitted an appeal which didnt get answered for, again, a month or two. I asked Snow Noob for help but she can't do anything and isn't really being helpful at all . What do I do? I really need my upload ban lifted I really want new uploads ;-; (Upload banned for uploading Undertale shields. I'm an idiot.)
