basiclly my friend cannot connect to graal for 5 days now!She tried everything people recommended nothing works she even factory reset her device!

She let me go on her account today and everything was ok no hacks or no problem whatsoever!

We relized its a Wifi problem and im wondering if anyone had any tips?She already reset the router!
