It has been 3days since I sent my submission and I've got no response whether they're viewing it or not.
Yes they are probably busy and I'm rly sry if I sound may impatient i just don't know how to rephrase it better since English isn't rly my first language.
and I'm just wondering if its because they didn't receive my email? should I send one again?

The first post of this thread mentions that you will get a reply which will state if your work has been either approved or disapproved. If you do not receive one, your work might have not been submitted. I don’t know how long it takes to get a reply though it could take a while because it is a long process as they have to verify that your work is original and not stolen. You could wait for a few weeks and then if you don’t receive an email then try to send it again. As I said it will take some time, as mentioned in one of the posts earlier, so you should patiently wait.
