Why would they make Refundable guns? So that you may buy more cool items and tease us with it? That your the richest man in graal?,no this thread shouldn't be posted anymore by the name "Refund guns or refunding guns" Because it's illegal,now ^_^ (hehe)

Not sure what you're saying.
Refunds will never exist, it wasn't made illegal in any way. It's just told not to be done in the game system.
