An improvement for streaking

As a streaker seeking challenge again, I would love to try this out.

Yeah, they could definitely test this out somewhere before they add into Era.
Or maybe add it into Era, and take the stands away, with the limited freebies and pk kill timer, if it goes bad. (But I highly doubt it'll go wrong. Could be a huge success.)

Yes, but what about basers? This would make it so basers cant eat while basing. Thats no good.

Actually, it'll be a challenge for basers as well.
It'll involve for skill to take little damage and hold a base.

Plus, they do have healing weapons.
And they could always buy them medkits that never sell in the hospital.

So overall, it's more of a challenge.
