Okay well maybe they should have clearified the time zone because the message saying it's over came up when I was uploading the pictures. I didn't think 5 minutes would matter since it was 12am my time right when I uploaded and it got sent I had my house ready hours before so I isn't recently add anything, but I couldn't post because I was at work and used 10$ of my own money to use 3G so I can use Internet and upload the pictures for the contest. So it meant a lot to me obviously lol. And I did send them 11:50-12am my time. It wasn't the 24th yet. We must live in different time zones!

And like I said previously, if it was too late at 11pm, it's fine. I just wanted to at least post my work for people
