I agree with you're idea but

Mute Chat
Is a problem why leader kicking you in the gang.

Example

Hawk(Leader):We need to attack "Neo Zone" today!

Eagle(Rank Member): ok all 13 members regroup at my gang house!

Dove (Member): *Muted Chat*

Ok so 1 member used the mute chat and going to get money or afking or brb

So who is the leader did't kick member if they want to base?

Leader gonna Kick you and you make the leader angry
