Graal Era support site not working

okay so i have been to support.toonslab and need help because when i submit an appeal it say file not found well for some reason right before i get to 15k it bought me gang house directly without even buying it i don't know if this is a bug or not please can anyone tell me where to submit a appeal that will work....

I have try google chrome Mozilla uc browser all of them still file not found i have cleared my history
