New Type of Streak - Kill 50 without healing
I think it would be fun if there was an additional type of streak for killing 50 players with no healing.
Healing resets this type of streak to zero.
I don't suggest this as a means to replace the existing streak system, but in addition to.
And, at the risk of upsetting all the ECnistas out there, there could even be a 1 time secret achievement for it , like the one where you kill 10 people when you're below 5 health.

The only way you're gonna get this is by boosting your kills
I've seen professionals in the world of PK, however it is close to impossible for someone to PK with No healing. As morganga <3 has stated about it shall promote boosting.

Good! More chances to catch boosters then. (it's not like it cant be checked to see the same graalid's repeating in the kill record)
There are already enough reasons for people to boost, that I don't really seeing this adding a whole lot of fuel to the boosting fire.
And, not all that impossible, if you can kill 10 people under 5 health one time, than it is clearly possible to do it 5 times.
When you hit the streak, you'd be healed back up like it currently does so you could try and reach your next 50 starting with full health.

Got 50 streak without healing a lot
And wouldn't it be cool, for maybe the first couple times if at start it said "I killed 50 people without healing" instead of the "I killed 50 people without dying" ?

It's actually very easy to do especially if you try to stay away from greatly player-concentrated areas.
You should also get 300$ or more for this type of streak.
Analysis and rationalism are probably the greatest helpers in this world,full of dishonest,deceitful,foolish,money-grubbing,greedy and betraying people.
Analyze it all,find the logical pattern if it exists and you'll come to the correct conclusion.

The melee weapons are just as important at basing as guns,they too need proper balancing.
