The changes should have been a collaboration not a sign off on it because Bitzsam is a favorable staff or good person. It's clear this was a mistake period. Will it be rectified or will any senior staff help change this mistake and prevent future ones is the question.

The gun balancing wasn't a mistake it was thoroughly thought up. Again, this wasn't something Sam or anyone else on the team decided on a whim.

There is no way anyone would have legal success challenging gun changes in court lol.
As harsh as this sounds I think everyone just needs to take a minute and understand that the changes, while affecting some guns badly, were made with the interests of the whole Era community in mind.
The staff as a whole (and certainly not Sam) are not anyone's enemies trying to ruin the game.
Legal threats should go through the support center.

A copy of the Graal's Terms and Conditions:

1.1. GRAAL does not warrant that the content, the instruments and materials used and offered in its site are precisely updated or complete, and is not liable for damages caused by eventual errors of content or failures of equipment.

Therefore, If ANY ITEM in them game is changed, that can be classed as an "Eventual Error", so You have no warranty on the Items.
Furthermore, how would you prove that the money you spent for Gralats was used for the gun? The gralats can be earned in game, not just via In-app purchases so there's another barrier you have to get around.

Now for anyone with a Banned account:
Any GraalOnline administrator and LINUX Cyberjoueurs reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes generally accepted standards of online behavior and may, without notice and at any time, suspend or terminate your access to the Graal Online System.

This is why if your account gets Perma-banned, you can't "Sue". Just thought I'd throw that into there.
Now for the part relating to items:

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cyberjoueur, its licensees and subcontractors do not warrant any connection to, transmission over, nor results or use of, any network connection or facilities provided (or failed to be provided) through the Graal Online system. User is responsible for assessing its own computer and transmission network needs, and the results to be obtained there from. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE PROGRAM, ALL SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED BY THE GRAAL ONLINE WEBSITE, AND THE INTERNET ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Pretty much, As Iera is a part of GraalOnline you agreed to these terms and conditions upon downloading the game (I assume).
What the above text states is that You're not covered by any changes to components of the game AKA the EU customer Legislation or the american alternative.
The main part of the User Agreement is highlighted in Yellow.
I'm not going to be the lawyer for Graal but I'm just pointing the things we ignore everyday.

    User Agreement: http://www.graalonline.com/docs/agreement
    Code of Conduct: http://www.graalonline.com/docs/conduct?page=1

As I stated above, It'd be pretty stupid to try and sue as well, It's a game.
    Anyway /closethread

    I don't think a lawsuit is reasonable
or plausible either. But the fact of the matter is something should be done to correct the mistakes. Regardless of how it was decided the end result effected the gameplay atmosphere negatively. More thought needs to be put into these changes and multiple people's opinions should be put into consideration.

If you really want a refund contact Apple or Google Play.

That's like saying you buy a Ferarri to be downgraded to a Toyota and not be able to get your hard earned money back.

You do know that it will cost a lot more to hire a lawyer than the total price of gralat packs you purchased right? Even then you won't win the lawsuit since you agreed to the terms of services.

Clash Royale always rebalances cards, and there's a difference in rarity and prices, no complaints there.
Anyways, go ahead and sue the game, no one is stopping anyone, we'll see how much money someone can lose.

The fact that things even have to get to the point that people want to sue because you all wont refund either their in game or itunes is pretty sad i would think this shows everyone you will go the end of the earth to protect your right to false advertise and scam little kids out of their money because im pretty sure if everyone knew that what they was being loop holed by the same company that would be nothing without its customers would not give your app the time of day to even make an account let alone buy your products this is pathetic at its rawest form and the people involved with helping this company do this to KIDS will have a long talk with karma because this just too far index.jpgindex.pngimages.png

    *Steps up to the judge*
BAND1T: Your honor, i present myself here to formerly accuse Toonslab of "False Advertising"
    JUDGE: Your claim?
BAND1T: i was falsely retrieved an item unequal to the one i rightfully payed for with real life money.
JUDGE: Representatives of "Graal Era", Your Response?
    REPRESENTATIVES:
    BAND1T:

Regardless of how much i agree that this nerfs are the most retarded thing to happen to the game in a while. You just cant sue an entity without being informed
