Back when I was new, I lost an account that was unidentified because I had no clue what the identification system was. The reason why I never knew about it was because they don't really put that process out there as urgent as it should be. When I finally got down to doing it, the way they have it set up is not that great, and me being thirteen at the time I did not really get it but as you can probably tell I ended up figuring it out myself. If this guide was in the game it would have made things a lot easier.
