Is Arte Gone?

Arte, the place with amazing graphics is gone. The van has gone back to its normal inside, however, what happened to all of the shops? I was saving up for a couple of hats, but since arte is gone, it was only a waste of time. Does anyone know whether the shops in Arte still in era?
